My Training Philosophy
I believe that adults don't like to be taught; they like to learn. They come with prior experience that should not be discounted. I provide my delegates with training experience that is both fun and serious about learning. Through this, I help them “Learn, Internalize, Apply, and Re-teach.” I follow David Kolb's Experiential Learning Cycle and facilitate my training programs using a process known as BAD, which stands for Brief, Activity, and Debrief, to ensure deeper knowledge transfer.
Each client's requirements are unique, and my training programs support their culture, plans for growth, and philosophy. I offer professionally developed programs tailored to suit my clients’ specific needs, ensuring that their time and money are well spent.
